We recently had plantation shutters fitted to all of our windows by Bella Shutters & Blinds. Carl came out and did us an on the spot measure & quote. The quality & price was far better than the other 3 quotes we received from other companies. Unlike the other companies Bella wasn't "pushy" with their sales.The customer service was excellent, once we ordered, we were kept in the loop with the progress of our order. The installation was booked & the installers were on time. Nathan installed all the blinds perfectly within 2 hours, he showed me the best way to use the blinds and explained how the mechanics worked & how to look after them. Nathan had his elderly father with him who helped open the boxes & remove the cardboard, it was so humbling to see Nathan with his father, I felt like I received good old fashioned service which is rare these days. The follow up emails to make sure everything was done 100% were sent promptly. I would highly recommend Bella Shutters & Blinds, for quality, service & price.

Great service, products and workmanship!This is the second time that I have used Bella Shutters and Blinds.Carl was prompt to provide me with a very competitive quote with accurate measurements and guidance with the blinds, as my main requirements were shutters......so a great mix of both for my apartment.7 weeks later and Nathan arrived on time, he was polite, attentive to ensure the shutters did not interfere with the window locks. Minimal furniture was moved and Nathan respected my apartment and contents during the installation.The clean up occurred as he went along and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. All done within a few hours. A really professional attitude from a small company. I am so pleased with the level of service in all areas and I am happy to recommend.
